Regional Anyer, Carita, Labuan, in the western province that first
devastated by the Tsunami when Mount Krakatau erupts year 1883, is now
a tourist beach area.
In the area there are Anyer Lighthouse
Anyer. 75.5 meters high consists of 18 levels, built in the Dutch
colonial period. Seen from the inscription, which may in the foot
lighthouse, a building made of steel, 2.5 cm thick that have aged more
than 170 years, precisely built in 1885. Until now still working to
guide ships at night.

Heading out to the west coast of Java from Jakarta is, for the most part, a relatively easy journey.
The toll road that buses and huge trucks take to the port of Merak runs
most of the way but then a smaller road needs to be negotiated heading
in the direction of Cilegon and the small coastal town of Anyer.
